What We Do
Avi offers a holistic approach to health and well-being, focusing on lifestyle transformation, dietary adjustments, Ayurvedic bodywork, and emotional healing. Through an initial consultation and follow-up sessions, we explore the root causes of your imbalances, considering your physical health, emotional state, lifestyle, and any past trauma or stressors. We combine traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with personalised support to create a unique, tailored plan designed to restore balance in your life.
Packages
Avi offers an Ayurvedic health package that is designed to guide you through your healing journey. All details regarding packages, treatments, and recommendations are shared during the discovery call and confirmed in a follow-up email. To maximise the benefits of your program, consistency is key. Sessions should be attended regularly, and significant gaps between sessions may hinder your progress. Packages are subject to a set time frame, which will be provided before booking, and it is your responsibility to book and attend your sessions within this period. Sessions not attended by the package expiry date cannot be redeemed.
Herbal Recommendations & Lifestyle Support
During your consultations, Avi may suggest herbal remedies tailored to your needs, as well as additional lifestyle adjustments that complement your healing journey. Any supplements recommended will be charged separately, and you will receive advice and support in choosing the right ones for your health.
1:1 Appointments
Avi offers in-person consultations in Kettering and online consultations via Zoom for your convenience. Please ensure that you have a stable internet connection for any sessions carried out via zoom. Should the internet fail, the remainder of the consultation will continue via phone. You are responsible for ensuring your connection is working, and any issues arising from poor internet cannot be used as a reason for rescheduling.
Consultations are by appointment only. Please book via email, and you can expect a response within 48 hours, excluding periods of leave or unforeseen circumstances. Recording consultations in any form is prohibited unless agreed upon by both parties.
Support Between Consultations
Email support is available for brief questions or concerns. Extensive queries or issues requiring in-depth discussions should be reserved for consultations. Expect a response time of up to 48 hours for email support, and understand that extended delays may occur due to annual leave or exceptional circumstances.
Bodywork
The Ayurvedic treatments and massages offered at Avi’s clinic are strictly medicinal and therapeutic in nature. They are intended to promote healing, relaxation, and wellness, and are never to be misconstrued as any form of sexual service. Any inappropriate behavior or misconduct will not be tolerated and will be immediately reported to the relevant authorities.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking, or a deposit can be arranged with a second installment due halfway through your program. Monthly installment plans via direct debit are also available. Once you confirm your interest in a service, you will receive an invoice. Avi also offers a sliding scale payment plan for people who can prove that they are on a lower income.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your initial consultation, please do so 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule at no extra charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
For online consultations, it is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection. In case of connection issues, the session will proceed over the phone, but rescheduling due to internet problems is not possible.
If you wish to terminate a package after beginning it, refunds are only available in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of Avi. The success of your healing journey relies largely on your commitment. While Avi will go above and beyond to support you, results cannot be guaranteed.
