Avi believes that good health arises from living in harmony with both ourselves and the natural world. Understanding the habitual disconnection from our inner selves and the rhythms of nature is at the heart of many imbalances, Avi crafted her own unique approach to healing after overcoming her own journey with weight issues and depression through an Ayurvedic approach to well-being.
Avi used to be deeply immersed in the fast-paced world of digital learning, constantly managing deadlines, emails, and the pressure to perform. Despite outward success, she found herself feeling drained, disconnected, and burnt out. The hustle of a world that prioritised speed over depth left her out of alignment with herself, taking a toll on her body and mind.
In the midst of this exhaustion, she discovered Ayurveda. This ancient system of healing brought her back to what truly mattersβliving consciously, with intention, and reconnecting with her body, mind, and spirit. Through Ayurveda, she embraced a slower, more mindful approach to life that nurtured balance and well-being.
Now, she is dedicated to helping others who feel lost or overwhelmed, just as she once did. Ayurveda has transformed her life, offering a holistic way to restore vitality, find calm, and reconnect with the true self. Today, she holds space for others on their own healing journeys, guiding them toward a balanced and fulfilling lifeβjust as she found hers.
